Neither Maria Sharapova nor Ronda Rousey has the highest earnings among sportswomen.
It costs a whopping eight million dollars to have the legendary band, Rolling Stones, sing at your wedding. If one of your opulent fantasies is to have Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts play at your momentous day, then be ready to pay each member two million dollars.
This should come as no surprise as other famous performers charge $2 million each for every private wedding performance. The most notable are Elton John, Kylie Minogue, Jennifer Lopez, and Christina Aguilera. If you fancy hiring Madonna, Justin Bieber, or Justin Timberlake to entertain your wedding guests, lay aside a million dollars to afford their services.
If their charges are too steep for your budget, you might want to ask other less expensive performers. For instance, it wouldn’t cost a fortune to hire Leann Rimes ($50,000 - $75,000), Colbie Caillat ($50,000 - $75,000), or Anna Kendrick ($35,000-$50,000) as wedding singers.
Asking Regina Spektor to sing at your wedding would only cost you around $35,000 to $50,000. This rate may be sad for such a wonderful artist but this bargain is an awesome news for couples. Regina can pull your heartstrings or keep your heart racing with her playful, unique, and heartfelt music.
So before you splurge on expensive musicians for your big day, consider cheaper and better options. And remember your priorities. It’s ludicrous to dish out millions on a wedding performer and make photography, videography, venue, your wedding gown and the honeymoon trip an afterthought.
If you’ve ironed out these major expenses and you still have at least $10 million left, by all means, pay your favorite band or singer to perform at your wedding. They'd accept bookings if the price is right.
